November to Remember

We are thrilled to invite you to a special lineup of events this November.

Join us for Operations Training, the company-wide November to Remember party, and the Wayspring Summit as we reflect on a year of growth and success.

Your RSVP is needed by October 1st for all events.

Hotel Accommodations: If you are attending the Operations Training, please plan to arrive the evening of Wednesday 11/6, otherwise please plan to arrive Thursday 11/7. If you arrive before check-in, you are welcome to come to the office or call the hotel to ask if they can accommodate an early check in upon your arrival in Nashville.
Hotel Rooms & Parking: Covered by Wayspring. Please be prepared to put a card down for incidentals at check in. If you are planning to stay in Nashville for additional
nights, it will be your responsibility to book and pay for those nights.
Flights: If you need assistance book through Ramp. We will cover flights for employees located 6+ hours away from Nashville.

To confirm please make sure to book your hotel room at the Green Hills Hilton as part of your RSVP.

Staying on-site will ensure you don’t miss a moment of the action, from networking opportunities to the big celebration!

Operations Training

Operations staff only. If you are unsure if this applies to you, please reach out to your manager. We will cover key training topics and initiatives for Operations staff to ensure a productive and collaborative year ahead.

Please Note: You will need to fly in on Wednesday evening, 11/6. If you need assistance book throuh Ramp. This training is essential for all Operations staff, and your attendance is crucial as we gear up for the year ahead.

November to Remember Celebration

Company-wide celebration. Celebrate a successful year with dinner, entertainment, and great company.

Wayspring is pleased to offer space and budget for each employee to bring a guest. We understand that family units are unique, so your guest can be anyone over the age of 18. Please note that airfare for guests is not reimbursable.
