The 5th Annual Operations Training Event took place on Thursday, November 7th, bringing together our Member Operations and Clinical Operations teams for a day of connection, learning, collaboration, and fun!
This year’s theme—Connection and Understanding—guided the day’s activities, offering numerous opportunities to strengthen relationships with colleagues, share values, and celebrate each other’s unique strengths and expertise.
A special thank you goes to Tasha Reagon for leading an impactful session on Implicit Bias and the Practice of Cultural Humility. Her insights inspired us to reflect and grow both personally and professionally.
Of course, no Ops Training Event would be complete without some friendly competition! The Wayspring Olympics added energy and excitement to the day, reminding us that teamwork and a little playful rivalry go hand in hand.
