She jumped right in to assist our Risk Mitigation Team in developing the RiskIQ tool—a system that has already led to improved outcomes. Since its implementation, we’ve seen a quick increase in outreach numbers. When Galina encounters a mistake, she takes initiative to investigate the cause and shares solutions with the team to prevent future issues. Risk mitigation can be complex, and interpreting the data is no small task, yet Galina has committed herself to mastering it. Kim demonstrates perseverance and understanding in her interactions with our members. There have been a number of times that Kim has gone above and beyond helping members complete consents to gain access to our services. Last week there was a member – an older gentleman in Kentucky – that experienced difficulty with technology and with understanding consents. Kim spent over 2 hours on the phone with him helping guide him through both the process of understanding consents as well as the process of completing them. Despite many road bumps along the way Kim never showed a bit of frustration. For the entire interaction Kim remained patient and empathetic and as a result of that 2 hour phone call that gentleman has access to services – our services – that he did not have before. |
