Clinical Operations has continued to make great progress over the past month.
We circulated a new Care Collaboration job aid listing out provider expectations and Athena workflows that support a coordinated approach to patient care. We are also in the process of testing Dragon Embedded Dictation in Athena with select providers, with the plan to roll this out to all providers soon.
A new patient self check-in feature launched in mid-September that allows patients to check in and verify information prior to their appointment. Patients can now complete screening questionnaires (PHQ-9, GAD-7) and social history information prior to their appointment, leaving more time for providers and CCNs.
Two major upcoming projects include Pathway Tasks and CCN Interactions in Pathways, allowing CCNs to better coordinate requests between Member Operations and track / document outreach to our patients.
We’re excited to start exploring new ideas with clinic and market leaders and start implementing new pilots and programs over the coming week and months!
