We’ve had a busy month finalizing several policies across the organization and getting them approved through our Policy and Compliance Committees. Here is a snapshot of the policies that were updated and a brief description of what was changed. All of these revised policies can be viewed in SAI360. ANNUAL COMPLIANCE TRAINING
You should have received an email last week regarding annual compliance training. We rolled it out a full month earlier this year to give everyone ample time to get it completed by the end of the year. We have courses in both Wayspring University and Relias; what is assigned to you is dependent upon your role as well as your hire date. Everyone will have at least one course to complete! Please plan now to get these started as soon as possible. Managers will have access into their employee’s completions via reporting in Relias. CORPORATE COMPLIANCE & ETHICS WEEK
November 3-9 is recognized nationally as Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week and we want to hear from you! We will be rolling out a survey during Compliance Week to gauge how employees view compliance within Wayspring. It is anonymous and voluntary but will help us plan for how we can best educate and further our compliance standing in 2025. We encourage you to participate!
