Please join us in congratulating Sarah Grove, FNP on her promotion to Lead Nurse Practitioner, based out of our Delaware market.
Here are some recent highlights:
- The Iowa clinic began offering onsite blood draws to improve patient access and completion of important lab work
- Additionally, clinicians have also started treating acute women’s services
- Development work continued to automate the Past Medical History (PMH) section of patient charts, including publishing an interim dashboard. Improvements to PMH collection allows our CCNs to be more efficient during intake calls.
- Huge shoutout to Barb Tschirpke, Kelly Auer, Samira Tellez-Ricardo, and Galina Tolmacheva for their contributions to this exciting project!!
- Next stop: Full automation of PMH into Athena via API!

- CCN Care Navigator Appointment launching in DE & KY in December
- This visit will allow CCNs to properly direct patients to the most appropriate provider that meets their needs
- Enhancing our Clinic Messaging to describe the great services our clinical teams provide to our patients
- CCN Tasks in Pathways
- Improving collaboration between MemberOps and ClinOps colleagues
- The first step in unlocking workflow and documentation improvement opportunities
- Continue building out our approach to treating patients with Severe Mental Illness (SMI)
- Launching training and clinical protocols on treating patients with Chronic Viral Hepatitis C
- Revamping Provider Documentation Audit and Peer Review Audit processes
