REFERRAL SOURCE & MEMBER GIFTS
We have several policies that outline our requirements around member and referral source gifts. Federal regulations are very strict on how we are able to provide anything of value to these groups. If you have not already done so, please become familiar with the language in each of them and ensure we are complying with the procedures that are detailed within. Upcoming for 2025… We have several initiatives in the works for 2025. One exciting update will be the creation of a dedicated Compliance SharePoint site where resources, guidance, and links to important sites/forms will be stored. We’re excited to be able to provide Wayspring employees with helpful tools to promote compliance. Stay tuned!
A friendly reminder regarding our anonymous hotline: Wayspring has a toll-free hotline where any concerns, complaints, or other reports may be made anonymously. The hotline is staffed by a third-party vendor and all reports will be thoroughly investigated. You may also submit a report online or email them directly. All reporting mechanisms are detailed in our hotline posters within our clinics, in Nashville HQ, and on SharePoint.

A friendly reminder there are only a couple of weeks left to complete your annual compliance training. All training is due by December 31st! Managers have begun to be notified of outstanding training in their departments. Please reach out with any questions!
