Marketing and Communications has been hard at work this past month, driving key initiatives to support Wayspring’s mission and growth. Here’s a recap of our highlights:
DokShop Expansion
We successfully launched DokShop, Wayspring’s brand activation hub, to all Wayspring employees, simplifying access to branded materials and resources. By providing a central, streamlined platform, DokShop ensures brand consistency and makes it easier than ever for teams to represent Wayspring confidently across all engagements.
As a reminder you can access DokShop via the Marketing and Communications SharePoint page as well as through Okta.
Network Solutions Collaboration
In collaboration with the Network Value Management (NVM) team, we’ve thoughtfully renamed NVM to Network Solutions. This new name is clear, concise, and meaningful for our health plan partners, highlighting our commitment to delivering real, actionable results. “Network Solutions” conveys a comprehensive range of support for SUD and behavioral health networks while allowing flexibility for future growth.
Strategic Messaging Review
Our ongoing strategic messaging work is central to ensuring Wayspring’s story and impact resonate across audiences. Through comprehensive analysis, we’ve pinpointed critical opportunities and challenges, refining our messaging framework to support engagement, thought leadership, and lead generation. By aligning our message with our mission, we’re amplifying our ability to connect with current and future audiences in a compelling, cohesive way.
Enhancing the Wayspring Website
In an effort to make the Wayspring website a more engaging, user-friendly experience, we’re examining how it serves our varied audiences—from members and health plans to providers, community partners, and job seekers. This focus on user experience will guide forthcoming updates that reinforce Wayspring’s value, clarity, and accessibility.
