We have enjoyed seeing our employees champion the Wayspring Wins Teams channel for almost two years! This Teams channel was created to recognize the exceptional work of our Wayspring employees, and we are proud to see it still serves that very same purpose today. Effective January 2025, the monthly Wayspring Waymaker will be selected from YOUR Wayspring Wins posts! Guidelines for the Wayspring Waymaker Award program can be found on the HR & Talent Acquisition SharePoint page (Wayspring Waymaker Award Guidelines 2025).
Nominate: To nominate an employee, simply share their Wayspring Win in the Wayspring Wins Teams Channel. There is no need to indicate your post is a Wayspring Waymaker nomination. Just keep doing what you already do best: sharing the extraordinary work of your coworkers across the organization.
What Happens Next?
At the end of each month, the Wayspring Employee Recognition Committee will review shoutouts posted to the Teams channel to select the Wayspring Waymaker Awards winner for that month.
Free PTO: The winner(s) will be notified and awarded a Wayspring Waymaker certificate as well as half a day of company gifted PTO by their manager. The four (4) hours of PTO are to be used within thirty (30) days of receiving the award, the date of which will be mutually agreed upon in partnership with the award winner and their direct manager.
