The Drips pilot launched on October 1st and has seen early success re-engaging over 250 members in KY and IN!
This has produced about 12 additional engagements per day for just two clients. Each call has lasted on average about 7 minutes which indicates these members want to engage and have a need we can help address. This pilot utilizes AI to mass outreach members via SMS and try to get them on the phone with one of our CES’s in real time or at a future scheduled time. With the success we have seen early on, we are pivoting to attempt to build this solution in house. One primary reason to do this ourselves is it allows us to expand this technology to all clients.
